Once inside the Neon Cave, place four of the same Legendary Pet/Neon Legendary Pet on each of the small circles, then go to the large circle in the middle and press the required button that appears. The Neon Cave can be found inside a door located under the main bridge that connects Adoption Island to the Neighborhood. To combine Pets and make their Neon and Mega Neon versions, you must go to the Neon Cave. Obtaining one Legendary Pet can take a long time, so getting the sixteen required to make a Mega Neon is a big commitment. A Mega Neon is even rarer, as you need to combine four Neons to create one Mega Neon. Neon Pets are some of the hardest to get in Adopt Me, because you need to combine four of the same Pet to create one Neon.
